When placing your order online, please note that we operate Monday to Friday. Payments made on weekends or holidays will be reviewed on the next business day.
Please allow 5–6 working days after payment confirmation for us to check your payment, complete quality control, and pack your order. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Orders will only be delivered once full payment has been received and confirmed.
Important: We cannot ship your order if there are any payment issues.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
Jakarta area: 1–3 working days
Other cities in Indonesia: 2–5 working days
International: 5–15 working days
Please note: Deliveries may be delayed during public holidays.
If you paid via Credit Card or Virtual Account, your order should be processed instantly. However, if your order was canceled for any reason, please contact us via WhatsApp—we’ll be happy to assist you.
All our products are designed in Indonesia and manufactured in China. Some items are also made in Indonesia. Check the product labels for more details.
