IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

We ship using the following courier services:

1. JNE – For local Indonesian orders (2 to 5 working days).
2. TIM EXPRESS & DHL – For international orders (7 to 15 working days).

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, with a 3 PM cut-off time. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

 

Gojek Delivery:

• Available Monday to Friday, between 10 AM – 1 PM.
• Same-day delivery is only available if payment is completed before 1 PM.
• Please ensure you are available to receive your package upon delivery.
